tLinker is an application that allows users to manage and quickly access their URL links. It stores all data in XML format, and its link editor permits users to add, delete, and edit themes and links. Additionally, the application can be minimized to a tray icon, allowing users to access a context menu with a list of their links. When a link is clicked, it will open in the user's default browser. The links and themes are saved in XML files, which can be edited manually.
